Kris Drever (Guitar & Vocals)
Kris Dreveris a native of Kirkwall, Orkney. His distinctive guitar style & singing voice have brought him much attention in recent years. His debut album as a solo artist, Black Water, won him the Horizon/Best Newcomer Award at the 2008 BBC Folk Awards. Kris also plays as part of Drever McCusker Woomble (with John McCusker and Roddy Woomble)

Martin Green (Accordion)
martin greenhas played with many of the great singers & players of folk & traditional music including Joan Baez, Kathryn Tickell, Linda Thompson, & a long-term collaboration with Eliza Carthy culminating in a duo album "Dinner”. ‘First Sighting’ by The Martin Green Machine has received wide acclaim for all corners of the music press.

Aidan O'Rourke (Fiddle)
aidan orourkeis an incredible fiddle player & composer from Oban & was recently voted Instrumentalist of the Year at the Scots Trad Music Awards. A member of the hugely successful Blazin' Fiddles, Aidan’s skills are much sought after having performed on over 80 albums. Recent solo release, ‘An Tobar’, has garnered great reviews.

Arc Light

arc lightThe second studio album from LAU is bigger in every sense than their debut 'Lightweights And Gentlemen'. It has a sheer exuberance of style, technique and musicianship that leaves you breathless with pleasure. They have spent a bit more time letting producer Calum Malcolm sprinkle his magic dust over it and really nailing the LAU sound, this takes the essence of LAU that is known and loved from their live performance and adds a little extra sparkle.
